Foreclosure Investing Is One Way To Make Huge Profits In Real Estate!

Foreclosure investing requires a team of people all working together at the same time for the same mission. That mission must be to purchase the most profitable house. There are several ways to increase profit but that's a different article.

It is important to know how much a home is worth. It is also important to have a good idea on how long it takes to market a home. Yes the inevitable result is you are going to need a broker. It is going to be vital you get to know a Real Estate Broker.

Once you have someone you can trust on the value (this is mission critical) then you need someone you can trust on the repairs. For me I went into business with a contractor as my partner. I would suggest if you follow my plan that you go into business with them 50%. This can help keep the labor costs down.

Then there is the issue of having someone at auction. Where is your local auction at? How heavy is the competition? It is certainly worth a look. Take the day off and go to your local auction to determine how many investors you are competing with.

Here in Sacramento there are approximately 50 investors that bid at the courthouse steps. Foreclosure Investing
