There are not a lot of positions that have to be filled outside of yourself. This is how I plan on building my wealth. I flip these properties and then reinvest my profits. I believe in what I am doing so why wouldn't I reinvest?

I find it unbelievable that people don't make money doing this business. The numbers drive the decisions! If the numbers drive decisions then its a simpler business to run. It is also important to have the ability to teach what you know. It will be by training someone else that you can completely remove yourself from the cycle of business and step into the cycle of being a business owner. No longer will you just be self employed.
