Investing Strategy Is Of Paramount Importance To You!

Investing Strategy is not all science. There is a portion of feel and art to investments. If we are to be most successful its vital we base our decision on solid facts that feel right. If you can create a strategy that feels good and is supported by bottom line facts then you are on you way to wealth creation.

My strategy is simple. I flip houses and split my profits twice. The first split is with the investors. The second split is with my business partner. So in the end I get 25% of the net. I try to get a 30k net on every deal. This means each house I flip gives my $7500 bucks. I then try to flip as many of those homes as possible. However the real strategy is that I have created a fund for smaller investors.

This fund allows people with only 25 or 50k to still be an investor. Since these investors still make approx 13% on there money I take my profits and re-invest them into the fund! So I have my profits per house being reinvested into my own business! With each home comes a commission for a listing. My wife is the listing broker for all of the properties we do. This allows me to live off her listings and invest our profits. This is my personal strategy.
